Tulip Packing Shed at Messrs Wheadon, La Couture, Guernsey Watercolour, inscribed and signed verso 11.5 x 17.5in (29 x 44.5cm) Flower packing sheds were amongst Caparne's personal favourite subjects. A similar painting was exhibited in 1990 at Guernsey Museum & Art Gallery, and Illustrated on page 43, Artists in Guernsey - Caparne. Estimate - 2500-3000 |
